Exterior Features The building is strategically located near Kuhio Beach and Queen's Surf at the end of Waikiki. It is across the street from the entrance of the Honolulu Zoo and near the Waikiki Shell, Waikiki Bandstand, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park. Teddy's hamburger restaurant is located in the building and there is an ABC store adjacent to the building. Starbucks is a half a block away on the corner of Kapahulu Ave. and Kalakaua Ave. Safeway is a half mile up Kapahulu. Abundant shopping and acitivities all within walking distance.
Additional Features and Amenities Parking is available through the front desk on a first come first served basis at $18 per day. Parking is also available, a block and a half away at the Waikiki Banyan 201 Ohua Ave. Honolulu, HI 96815. The cost is $10 per day, $60 per week or $150 per month. There is also street parking on Monsarat. Laundry facilities are in the basement of the building and the trash chute is at the end of the exterior hallway on each floor.
